Welcome to our services section. This area describes our range of services that we offer to clients. Our property manager, Margaret Smith, has over 4 years experience managing our properties. Unlike other property managers, she manages only our own properties, so she has the time and interest in taking expert care of all our clients. Margaret is available on her mobile phone at short notice, and 24 hours a day for emergencies. Whether it is a lost key or a problem with your fridge, nothing is too much trouble for Margaret. Margaret is highly professional, and details all property dealings in writing, so that there is never any problem with return of security deposits, inventory inspections, and so on.
